Our Rooms

With dry hire you are your own event coordinator, and as the title suggests, the main room is provided to you completely empty of furniture (with the exception of a rather lovely mirror!) so that you can create your event and put your personality into the venue. You’ll have exclusive use of the Reception Room, Main Room and the Terrace and we can provide a fully staffed paying bar at no extra charge. Your Event Coordinator will greet you at set-up, make sure you are happy with everything and come back at closing, with visits throughout. We appreciate you may not want us there constantly so we will give you some space but will only ever be a minute or so away, in another part of the building, should you need something sorting!


Prior to hiring our venue we do like to meet you to establish what you’ll be doing with the space and any requirements you may have that we can help with. We have in-house caterers and lots of other great suppliers that we have worked with and whom we trust. Some equipment can be provided free of charge if we have it on site but we can source things for you if needs be, sound and lighting equipment, wedding cakes, flowers, a photographer, a tea and coffee station.! If you need to hire ‘staff’ to help at your event we can also talk to you about our own staff that may fit your requirements, from receptionist to waiter.


Hourly rate £60.00

Half day 8.00-1.00pm or 1.00pm-6.00pm £275.00.

Full day 8.00am-6.00pm £500.00.

Evening 6.00pm- 1.00pm £325.00. Music can be played outside until 11.00pm and inside until 12.30pm. Guests vacate by 1.00pm or an agreed time if later.

24 hour/block booking hire is negotiable

Regular bookings on a weekly or monthly basis will be given a discount.


If you’re holding an event that requires lots of set up please take into account that you may need to hire the venue for extra time before and after your event. Our times of hire are in slots of half day, full day and hourly … if you need to drop equipment off the day before this isn’t a problem and we should be able to store it for you at no cost but if you need to decorate the rooms please check availability as the rooms may be in use the day before…. We will try to be as flexible as possible where scheduling permits.
